If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to honor your request.
My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation about the same and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days. Your purchase price will be refunded. Just provide us with the reason for your dissatisfaction.
What if my order is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?
Please contact us within 2 business days after receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How long is the refund process, and when will I receive my refund?
Processing refunds my take up to 5 business days from the day we receive
your request. You should receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
